In this edition we continue our exploration of the names of The Prophet ﷺ.

1. Habib Allah
Beloved of Allah. The Prophet ﷺ is the most beloved to Allah. Allah's love for the Prophet ﷺ will be evident on the Day of Resurrection, when he ﷺ will be the means of Allah's anger subsiding, as he intercedes on behalf of the ummah.
Abu Hurayrah narrates that the Prophet ﷺ said:

Allah took Ibrahim as a close friend, and Musa to have discourse with, and He took me as His beloved.

2. Safi Allah
One solely chosen by Allah. The word safa means that Allah chose him ﷺ purely for Himself and nobody else.

3. Naji Allah
One who has intimate discourse with Allah. The word naji refers to someone who has private discourse with someone else. This refers to Allah giving him ﷺ the ability to hear His speech without need of an intermediary.

4. Kalim Allah
One addressed by Allah. He is given this name because Allah addressed the Prophet ﷺ on the night of the asension.

5. Rasul Al Raha
Seal of the Prophets.
The Prophet ﷺ was ordained to be the Seal of the Prophets. The fact that Isa (A.S.) will decend at the end of time does not negate the Prophet ﷺ being the Seal of the Prophets. Isa (A.S.) will not be given any new revelation, rather he will come to affirm what was given to our Prophet ﷺ.
He ﷺ is the most complete and perfect of Prophets.
